• Electrical or elevator contractor licensing

• Independent contractor exemption certification
• Manufactured home manufacturers, dealers, limited dealers and installers
• Mechanical contractor bond
• Plumber licensing
• Registration forms for plumbers apprentice and unlicensed individuals
• Residential building and remodeling contractor licensing
• Residential roofing contractors
• Technology system contractor licensing
• Water conditioning license

The state seems to be changing forms and information all the time, so please be sure to double check with them that the information, forms or material are the most current version available. The last thing you want is to have your contractor application rejected 5 weeks after you sent it in!
